ProMist Gun and ProMist Cube compressor specification
The ProMist HVLP Cube Application Kit is ideal for Salons, Home studios and Mobile operators.
This unit has a 550W air compressor motor, a hose, a spray gun and a spare pot.
Designed and tested to deliver a streak-free, evenly applied flawless spray tan every time, resulting in complete customer satisfaction.

Built with premium components, the 550-watt compressor motor has variable speed and a heat option for drying if required.
The motor is noticeably quieter than other units on the market.
Its premium HVLP delivery system means the directional air volume minimises overspray and assists in the drying of the tanning solution at the same time.

The Corner Space-Saver Spray Tanning POD specification.
This unit is designed to catch and remove airborne overspray within the booth’s confines, reducing any overspray with a Spray Tanning or Beauty Room to a minimum.

The six-sided booth is designed to maximise the space in the corner of a room using minimum wall space whilst giving the client room across the diagonal from corner to corner.

This six-sided semi-enclosed booth combines the fan draw with the directional spray from the spray application, resulting in a vortex effect, keeping most of the overspray within the booth and drawn toward the fans and through the filter system.

It’s important to appreciate that “Tan Mist and hence Overspray” in the air of your spray tanning salon requires a form of ventilation, as Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) is only approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for external application.
Simply put, taking precautions to reduce the inhalation of overspray from spray tanning should be considered an essential part of offering a spray tan service as a spray tan operator’s duty of care for clients and the person applying the spray tan.

The TechnoTan Corner Spray Tanning POD is easy to operate with its foot peddle and simple, easy-to-access, clean and replace filters.
Excess tanning solution in the air is drawn into the filters designed to collect, reduce overspray and create a comfortable environment for the operator and client.

This product is ideal for creating a cleaner working environment for staff to clean and maintain with its reusable, washable filter system with easy-to-clean excess solution collection trays.

Filter usage:
Rinsing is recommended after 40 to 50 tans or when the solution builds up visibly, depending on the spray tanning technique.
Reuse up to 30 to 40 times – 1,500 to 2,000 Tans

Process:
Rinsing in the sink and dripping dry the filters at least once a week is a good practice to implement. Rinse more often if the throughput of spray tanning dictates.

Solution collection:
Each fan is designed with a collection tray below the filter, which must be wiped out each time the filter is changed to maintain a clean, functional, healthy and efficient spray tanning environment.
